There are some poses that are too much in a blog. This image is a clear example. I'd define it like a sensual calendar kind of pose. For me it's so crystal clear that I can't understand how others don't see it. But as always, it seems that it is not that obvious and that, perhaps, it's a matter of tastes. What do you think? Hay algunas poses que son demasiado para un blog. Esta imagen es un ejemplo perfecto. Lo definiría como una pose sensual de calendario. Para mí está clarísimo y no entiendo cómo puede haber otros que no lo vean. Pero como siempre, parece que no es tan obvio y que, a lo mejor, es una cuestión de gustos. ¿Qué pensáis? Another obvious concept: Dress according to your age and body. These Spanish Sisters deffend that they can dress as they wish and they do not understand why other skinny and beautiful bloggers are always being praised when they are only wearing a t-shirt and a pair of skinny jeans and there are others, like them, that risk with volumes and colours and thus deserve more attention. Let me explain you something, Sisters: it's not only a t-shirt or skinny jeans, it's THE t-shirt, THE skinny jeans and THE shoes they choose. On the second hand it's not a question of being beautiful and skinny, it's a question of age and body. Age, because you can not wear what a teenager or a 20-something wears because it just doesn't suit you, you look disguised. You can be perfectly stylish dressing according to your age and beauty doesn't matter, I'm telling you. Also, you can not wear the same clothes if you are skinny, if you are normal or if you are overweight. It's so obvious that the clothes won't fit the same. So getting to the point, the choice you've made is not bad. It is not my style at all but if I saw a teenager wearing what you are wearing today, I'd just say, "ok, it's not my favourite bag but she rocks that outfit!". But I don't see you wearing it just because of your age. I don't see it. You look like a grown-up Lolita. And don't think that because you are 40 you have less choices, no, you've got a wide range of possibilities, possibilities that the youngest ones can not wear, because they can't either wear everything. Teenage girls dressed like 40-something is not nice either. Anyway, you may dress as you wish but don't expect compliments just because. More at Sisters and Dresses.
Otro concepto obvio: Vístete teniendo en cuenta tu edad y tu cuerpo. Estas Sisters españolas defienden que pueden vestir como quieran y no entienden por qué a otras blogueras delgadas y guapas siempre se las adula cuando llevan sólo una camiseta y unos pitllos y hay otras, como ellas, que arriesgan con volúmenes y colores y por tanto se merecen más atención. Déjame explicaros algo, Sisters: no es sólo una camiseta o unos pitillos, es LA caiseta, LOS pitillos y LOS zapatos que elijan. En segundo lugar, no es una cuestión de ser guapa y delgada, es una cuestión de edad y cuerpo. Edad, porque no te puedes poner lo mismo que una adolescente o una de 20 tantos porque sencillamente, no te pega, parece que vas disfrazada. Puedes ir perfectamente estilosa acorde con tu edad y la belleza no importa. Además, no puedes llevar las mismas cosas si estás delgada, normal o tienes sobrepeso. Es tan obvio que la ropa no quedará igual. Así que llegando donde quiero llegar, la elección que has hecho no está mal. No es mi estilo pero si viera a una adolescente llevando lo que estás llevando hoy diría "vale, no es mi bolso favorito pero le queda genial ese look!". Pero no te veo a ti llevándolo por tu edad. No lo veo. Pareces una Lolita que ha crecido. Y no pienses que por tener 40 tienes menos opciones, no, tienes un amplio abanico de posibilidades, posibilidades que las más jovenes no puededn llevar porque tampoco ellas pueden llevar cualquier cosa. Una adolescente que se disfraza de una de 40 tampoco es bonito. Está claro, puedes ponerte lo que quieras pero no esperes halagos sólo porque sí. Más en Sisters and Dresses.
